SANT RAFAEL - Ibiza

Sant Rafael is located halfway between Eivissa and Sant Antoni ( 10 min. car drive to Ibiza-City and to San Antonio). From the church hill, the view stretches all the way to the city. The majestic chapel was built in the 18th century. In the immediate vicinity of the country church, there are two very exclusive restaurants, the " Elephant " and the " El Ayoun". Both restaurants are also frequented by celebrities such as Paris Hilton or Robbie Williams who can be spotted here every now and then. At night, the roof terrace of the Elephant – restaurant offers a magnificent view of illuminated Ibiza-City. There is also a very good barbecue restaurant at Sant Rafael called "Can Pilot" where the food is very good and very cheap – fresh from the grill – an insider tip !

The modern centre comprises various houses, bars and shops, a video store, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a bank, a Spar and an Internet-CAFE !
A short way from the village, on the main road towards Eivissa, you’ll reach the party temples “Amnesia” and “ Privilege” (formerly Ku). From the holiday flat it is a three minutes’ walk to the Privilege club, an eight minutes’ walk to the Underground club and a ten minutes’ walk to Sant Rafael. Cars can be parked right in front of the house. The Amnesia is a five minutes’ drive or a 15 minutes’ walk away. The bus stops towards Ibiza-City and towards San Antonio are also within a few minutes’ walking distance.

If you drive from the centre towards Santa Eulària, you’ll pass a horse race track, where – at irregular intervals – other events take place, as well.
