Do you need a hire car ?
I can only recommend everybody to rent a car to explore this beautiful
island. Please make sure that the car is insured, that it has tyres
with sufficient profile and that the brakes are working. Very good
and partly brand-new cars can be rented right at the airport.

How to book the holiday flat ?
Please, inquire by e-mail (the address is to be found on the "
Flat " page) and give the number of persons as well as the
planned date. Upon receiving my confirmation, you can book immediately.
You will then be asked to pay 25% in advance for the reservation
of the flat; moreover, you should tell me your arrival and departure
date.
How far is the holiday flat from the sea ?
The next beach is a ten minutes’ drive away.
Can guests use the pool ?
All guests can of course use the large pool ( illuminated by night
), the barbecue area ( BBQ ) with torches, the " BAR "
, the comfortable chill-out corner as well as the entire garden
on the 2000 sqm grounds.
Do you have to bring towels and bed linen ?
The price includes bed linen.
Please, bring your own towels, if possible ( also for the sunlounger
).
How much is the taxi from the airport to the holiday flat
?
A taxi from the airport to the flat is approximately 22 Euros.
Are there any restaurants, supermarkets or Internet Cafes
nearby ?
There are a couple of very good restaurants at Sant Rafael - from
" typical Spanish to very posh " – and there are
many other stores such as SPAR, a bakery, a tobacco shop, and a
hairdresser’s salon. There is also an Internet Cafe located
right in the village where you can send and print faxes.
Are the grounds suitable for small children, as well ?
The pool area and the lawn are separated by a wall, so that little
children cannot fall into the pool even if they play unattended.
Moreover, a door was installed in front of the stairs leading up
to the holiday flat, so that little children cannot climb up there
from the grounds.
For whom is the holiday flat especially suitable ?
For party people - couples – families and all Ibiza-lovers.
For guests who prefer something individual and who want to enjoy
their stay in privacy.
For all those who want to avoid mass tourism, but nevertheless
want to spend their vacation in a central location (10 min
from Ibiza-City and 10 min from San Antonio). I’ll
be happy to give advice to first-time visitors to Ibiza. All guests
will be welcomed with a glass of SPARKLING WINE or " Hierbas
" ( the island’s traditional herb liqueur ). :-)
