The grounds of the holiday flat / guest rooms

The Ibiza-holiday flat is above a 300 sqm house and has a separate entrance from the garden. On the 2000 sqm grounds there are palm trees, orange trees, banana trees, fig trees, bougainvilleas and many other Balearic plants and ornamental shrubs. The large pool with sitting area invites the guests to go swimming. The guests can use the sunloungers, the air mattresses as well as a 1.40 m bed with cushions in the pool area.

The barbecue area with torches invites the guests to have a relaxed barbecue, and in the comfy open-air BAR you’ll get an unforgettable holiday feeling.

At night, the barbecue area offers a great view of the illuminated pool, and the guests can enjoy the wonderful " Ibiza air " with its mixed scent of flowers and sea breeze. It is exactly the right place for party fans to get into the right mood for a long night.

On the other side of the house, there is a quiet and romantic chill-out corner with cushions where guests can end the evening by candlelight or have a relaxed breakfast in the morning.

For kids up to 3 years, there are various toys and a small children’s swing on the large lawn. Little and older children are just as WELCOME as party people who want to have fun or couples who are looking for a quiet place.

Altogether ( holiday flat and rooms ) 9 people can be accommodated ( thus, also a group ).

The holiday flat and the rooms can also be booked over New Year’s Eve, Easter, Whitsun, Christmas, etc.
